Office buildings of all grades in HCM City have seen a double digit decline in rent in the fourth quarter as compared to the first three months of this year, while demand for retail spaces is projected to run high in the months to come, say property market reports.

HCM City's office leasing price surges over 50% |

In 2008, the office leasing prices in HCM City has surged by 51.4% year-on-year. The average price is about US$76 a square metre a month, ranking 16th amongst the cities with the most expensive office price, according to the 2008 global report of CBRE real estate consulting firm until September 30, 2008.
