Covering more than 17,000 square metres of Bai Sau (Back Beach) on Thuy Van Street in Vung Tau City 125 kilometers southeast of HCMC, the Imperial Complex will include a five star hotel, two movie theatres, a shopping mall, restaurants, a supermarket, and a conference hall that can accommodate 600 guests.

An 11 storey luxury apartment building will also be built in the complex for leasing. The USD$14.6 million complex, developed by Lac Viet joint stock company, is being developed in two phases, with the first having a 120 room hotel, a 7,000 square meter commercial and entertainment center and a swimming pool. In phase two restaurants, cinemas, theaters and an 11 floor apartment building for lease will be opened providing over 450 jobs for local people.
